Curious to see some of this year’s best festival short films before they’re widely available? Check out The Wrap’s ShortList online event, where films currently playing the festival circuit are available for a very limited time -- like until Tuesday.
A jury will award a cash prize to one of the films next week, but all of these films are also in the running for the audience award, which is up for online voting. The audience award winner will receive a $10,000 budget from YouTube to make a short film for their new “Field Day” channel.
My personal favorites from festivals are Myrna the Monster and One Year Lease, but I’m looking forward to catching up on all the films I haven’t yet had a chance to see.
